to be sent to the ILEC for unbundled and broadband services by using local
service requests and access service requests. I also worked Toll Free
portouts and disconnects which involved verifying letters of authorization from
other companies before releasing the numbers to their RESPORG and creating
orders to have them removed from our systems. I also created install orders
to have circuits reconnected in case of a disconnect in error. I assisted in
keeping the back log down to insure the circuits were disconnected in a
timely fashion. |
